At OyePaK, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience across Pakistan.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Personal care and hygiene products (if opened)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • If approved, refund will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Exchange Option

  • If your item is eligible, you may request an exchange instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be sent once original item is received and verified

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
